Hilliard home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Hilliard fell by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 47.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 23.8% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Hilliard in the first quarter of 2019.
