Join the Dublin Chamber in partnership with OSU Wexner Medical Center and FitBiz Dublin for a healthy start to the New Year with our "Six Weeks to Wellness Series!"

Participate in a FREE personal well-being program led by experts at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. With the rise of remote work and the erosion of work-life boundaries, we have chosen a variety of topics that may help you personally and professionally in 2023.

The topic for the first session is "Mindfulness in Motion for Busy Adults." You will learn what it is that causes you to experience stress and learn relaxation and mindful eating techniques as well as effective sleep habits.

We hope you will join us for this and all of the events below:

•    Your Desk - Your Home Away from Home

Feb 16, 1 to 2 p.m., Dublin Community Recreation Center, 5600 Post Rd, Dublin, in Talla 1:

•     How to Incorporate Meals into Your Routine

Feb 23, 1 to 2 p.m., Dublin Community Recreation Center, 5600 Post Rd, Dublin, in Talla 1:

•    Gentle Yoga (Bring Your Own Mat)

March 2, 1 to 2 p.m., Dublin Community Recreation Center, 5600 Post Rd, Dublin, Talla 3:  

•    Executive Group Coaching

This series is FREE to Chamber Members. Please register for each of the six individual sessions you'd like to attend.
