(Dublin, OH) The City of Dublin has earned a Healthy Worksite Award from the Healthy Business Council of Ohio (HBCO) and was honored at the Platinum level.
The Healthy Worksite Award recognizes Ohio employers who demonstrate a commitment to employee wellness through comprehensive worksite health promotion and wellness programs. Applicants are scored on the extent their wellness programs facilitate and encourage employee health, enhance productivity and ensure a healthy work environment.
All applications were reviewed and evaluated using objective criteria. Dublin was one of 96 worksites to receive a Healthy Worksite Award from the HBCO. Four levels of high achievement were awarded in 2022 — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. This is the first year the City received Platinum honors.
“Our employees are our greatest resource, so we’re committed to supporting their health and wellness through educational initiatives and creative programming that encourages movement and healthy lifestyles. We’re grateful for our staff’s participation and positive response to the many opportunities we provide,” says City of Dublin Director of Human Resources Jennifer Miglietti.
