Leadership Dublin Executive Program Class of 2023

Are you interested in making a difference in your community?

If so, the Leadership Dublin Executive Program is for you! Designed for individuals who want to take the next step in their civic journey, this program immerses participants into the inner workings of the city and the organizations that work cooperatively to ensure the continued growth and prosperity of the Dublin community.

Leadership Dublin connects participants to all facets of the Dublin community. Members of the class of 2023 will gain:

  • Instruction in board stewardship and ethical decision-making,
  • Access to behind-the-scenes looks at the governance of the City of Dublin, Washington Township and Dublin City Schools, featuring panel discussions with their leadership teams,
  • Introductions to state, county and local elected officials,
  • Participation in Community Service Day, and
  • Immersion in small-group community projects.
One of the area's most recognized leadership programs, the Leadership Dublin Executive Program, helps your business gain the competitive advantage by developing your leadership team's skills while providing them with the opportunity to Connect, Develop, and Engage.

Classes start in October 2022 and continue through May 2023 (tentative schedule, subject to change):

Wednesday, Oct. 5, Noon -5 p.m.  - Opening Day Retreat: Identifying Leadership Strengths and Lunch with Chamber Board and Leadership Dublin Alumni

Wednesday, Oct. 12, 3 - 5 p.m. – Emotional Intelligence

Wednesday, Oct. 26. 2, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. - Dublin Municipal System – Making it Work

Wednesday, Nov. 2, 3-5 p.m. - Diversity & Inclusion

Wednesday, Nov. 16, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Dublin School District Tour / Q & A with Administrators

Wednesday, Dec. 7, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Building a Team & Group Dynamics; Leadership through Crisis

Wednesday, Jan. 11, 3-5 p.m. - Board Stewardship Panel

Wednesday, Jan. 25, 3-5p.m. - City, County and State: Understanding the Scope of Government Tiers

Wednesday, Feb. 1, 3-5 p.m. – Generations in the Workplace

March Date TBD – State of the City

Wednesday, March 22, 3-5 p.m. - Justice Center Tour & Project Updates

Wednesday, April 5, 3 - 5 p.m. - Historic Dublin Past & Present Outdoor Walking Tour

Wednesday, April 19, 3-5 p.m. - Washington Township/CPR Training

Saturday, May 6, 7 a.m.-2 p.m. - Dublin Community Service Day

Wednesday, May 17, 3- 6 p.m. - Project Presentation, Dinner & Graduation
