April: Home prices in Dublin increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Dublin rose by $73,500 while total sales increased by 122.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $599,500 - a 14 percent increase over the $526,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Dublin in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 1.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
