City of Franklin issued the following announcement on April 4.
The City of Franklin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. on the following cases:
- PC 22-04 Major Site Plan Application – Fraley and Fraley, LLC, representing Nicole & Joshua Moore of Moore’s Veterinary Hospital, 1219 E. Second St., Franklin, Ohio 45005, has submitted a Major Site Application to expand their Veterinary Services Business at their current location.The property is located within the C-1, General Commercial District.
- PC 22-05 City of Franklin, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, Ohio 45005 has applied for amendments to Chapter 1103, Definitions, Chapter 1109, Overlay Districts, Chapter 1105, Administration, Chapter 1107, Districts and Land Use Standards, Chapter 1113 Use Requirements and Standards and Chapter 1115 Processes and Procedures.
Any and all interested persons are invited to attend and speak on this case at the public hearing. The meeting shall be held at the Franklin Municipal Building, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, Ohio 45005.
