Dublin Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on March 15.
Anna Hodge
Anna is a solutions center claims supervisor at IGS Energy in Dublin, Ohio. Anna has been with IGS since 2020 and is responsible for a team of home warranty claims specialists. As part of the solutions center leadership team, Anna leads efforts to train and develop the claims team and enhance the customer experience.
Prior to joining IGS, Anna was a property casualty claims manager and quality assurance leader. She led teams at Nationwide and Homesite Insurance focusing on claims quality, compliance, and customer experience. Skilled in recognizing and developing talent, Anna enjoys bringing out the best in others.
Anna is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Miami University in 1992 where she majored in political science and international studies. She moved to Dublin from the Canton, Ohio area in 2018 with her husband and two children who now attend Otterbein and Ohio State.
