City of Dublin issued the following announcement on February 14.

Take a brisk walk through one of our 62 parks, enjoy an afternoon of sledding in Scioto Park or take your friends and family ice skating. There are endless opportunities to explore this winter in Dublin.

Sledding

Weather permitting, Dublin’s sledding hill is available from 7:30 a.m. to dusk at Scioto Park, 7377 Riverside Drive. Safety regulations are posted at the park and restrooms are available. Parents should supervise small children and adults are encouraged to hop on a sled and enjoy the ride themselves!

Skaters are welcome to bring their own skates, but the admission rate remains the same.

The rink will close if skating conditions are unsafe, including excessive rain, extremely warm temperatures or poor driving conditions in and around the city.
