City of Hilliard: Council Accepting Applications for Rec and Parks Commission

City of Hilliard issued the following announcement on February 1.

Hilliard City Council is accepting applications for the Recreation and Parks Advisory Committee, which will provide recommendations and advice on a variety of topics.

Generally, topics the committee will consider will include development of existing parkland; recreational facilities; trails and bikeways; health, wellness, and recreational programming; and updates to strategic plans. Major topics to be considered will include the future Community Center and the development of athletic fields and other park amenities.

Applicants must be residents of Hilliard.

To apply for a position on the Recreation and Parks Committee, send a letter of interest and a resume by February 18, 2022, to CityCouncil1@hilliardohio.gov.

Hilliard City Council appointed members to the recently re-established Recreation and Parks Advisory Committee at its meeting Monday night.
