City of Hilliard: Blair Kramer Hired As Deputy Clerk of Court

10

City of Hilliard issued the following announcement on January 26.

The City of Hilliard is pleased to add Blair Kramer to the Mayor’s Court office as a Deputy Clerk of Court.

Kramer brings nearly 10 years of experience in the local courts system. Since 2013, she’s served the Franklin County Municipal Court as Deputy Clerk of Courts, where she worked closely with internal and external customers, as well as the judges and bailiffs.

“I’m very excited and very gracious to have accepted this position,” said Kramer. “Hilliard is such a tight-knit family oriented community and I can’t wait to serve our residents. Our goal at the Mayor’s Court is to help people in every situation and lend them a helping hand.”

Kramer is happy to be back home in Hilliard, where she graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School in 2004. She then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in Justice Studies/Criminal Justice at Kent State University.

“I’ve lived in Hilliard my whole life and I’m so happy to be able to give back to the community that’s given so much to me,” Kramer said. “I love to help people and I hope to make a positive impact here in the City.”

Kramer’s background will be a great asset to the current Mayor’s Court staff. She said she hopes to collaborate on projects including a new filing system and entry management to make the department’s technology more efficient and user-friendly.

In recent years, Kramer completed her Masters of Public Administration from the University of Phoenix, and took courses involving the Ohio Green Prison Project.

Mayor’s Court is held at 8 a.m. every Wednesday in the Hearing Room of the Joint Safety Services Building, 5171 Northwest Parkway.
