The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Dublin increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Dublin rose by $120,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,000 - a 29.3% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Dublin in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
