Hilliard home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Hilliard rose by $53,210 while total sales increased by 68.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,000 - a 17.9% increase over the $297,790 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Hilliard in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hilliard for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,495, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
