August 2021: Home prices in Hilliard increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Hilliard rose by $41,550 while total sales increased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $308,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Hilliard in August 2020.
