The second half of 2020: Home prices in Dublin fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Dublin fell by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $403,750 - a 2.3% decrease over the $413,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Dublin in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
