How did home prices perform in Dublin during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Dublin rose by $95,000 while total sales decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 23.2% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Dublin in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
