Hilliard median home prices rose by 25.6% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Hilliard rose by $69,400 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 25.6% increase over the $270,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Hilliard in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hilliard for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,495, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
