Hilliard home prices fell in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Hilliard fell by $3,605 while total sales decreased by 24.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $296,395 - a 1.2% decrease over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Hilliard in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Hilliard for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,495, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
