Hilliard home prices rose in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Hilliard rose by $6,750 while total sales increased by 325%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $366,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hilliard in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Hilliard for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,495, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
