Worthington Hills home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Worthington Hills fell by $10,500 while total sales increased by 160%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $331,500 - a 3.1% decrease over the $342,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Worthington Hills in 2016.
