Worthington Hills home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Worthington Hills rose by $37,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Worthington Hills in 2018, as well.
