Worthington Hills home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Worthington Hills rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $331,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Worthington Hills in 2017.
