Dublin home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Dublin rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 193 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $384,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 186 homes sold in Dublin in the second half of 2017.
