Dublin home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Dublin rose by $22,250 while total sales increased by 27.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 206 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $367,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 162 homes sold in Dublin in the first half of 2017.
