Dublin home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Dublin rose by $15,750 while total sales increased by 60.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 186 homes sold, with a median sale price of $384,500 - a 4.3% increase over the $368,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Dublin in the second half of 2016.
