Worthington Hills home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Worthington Hills rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,500 - a 9% increase over the $355,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Worthington Hills in the second half of 2016.
