Hilliard home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Hilliard rose by $25,500 while total sales increased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,250 - a 11.3% increase over the $224,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Hilliard in the second quarter of 2016.
