Galloway home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Galloway rose by $89,100 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,800 - a 126% increase over the $70,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Galloway in the second quarter of 2016.
