Galloway home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Galloway rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 18.2% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Galloway in the first quarter of 2016.
