Galloway home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Galloway rose by $84,500 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,000 - a 75.1% increase over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Galloway in the third quarter of 2016, as well.
