Hilliard home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Hilliard rose by $47,500 while total sales increased by 97.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,500 - a 21.3% increase over the $223,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Hilliard in the third quarter of 2016.
