Hilliard home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Hilliard rose by $73,690 while total sales decreased by 20.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 30.5% increase over the $241,310 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Hilliard in the first quarter of 2018.
