Galloway home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Galloway rose by $58,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,200 - a 36.4% increase over the $159,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Galloway in the third quarter of 2018.
