Hilliard home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Hilliard fell by $6,750 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,750 - a 2.5% decrease over the $270,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in Hilliard in the third quarter of 2017.
