Hilliard home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Hilliard fell by $831 while total sales decreased by 32.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $280,831 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Hilliard in the second quarter of 2018.
