Hilliard home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Hilliard fell by $48,000 while total sales increased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,500 - a 19.2% decrease over the $250,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Hilliard in January 2016.
