Hilliard home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Hilliard rose by $74,000 while total sales increased by 135%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 37.8% increase over the $196,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Hilliard in August 2016.
