Hilliard home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Hilliard rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Hilliard in April 2016.
