Hilliard home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Hilliard rose by $20,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 23 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 11.3% increase over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Hilliard in March 2016, as well.
