Hilliard home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Hilliard rose by $58,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,000 - a 25.3% increase over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Hilliard in July 2016.
