Hilliard home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Hilliard fell by $2,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,500 - a 0.8% decrease over the $238,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Hilliard in May 2016.
