Hilliard home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Hilliard rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 70.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Hilliard in October 2016.
