Hilliard home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Hilliard rose by $46,416 while total sales increased by 65.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,916 - a 19.6% increase over the $236,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Hilliard in May 2017.
