Hilliard home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Hilliard rose by $22,611 while total sales remained unchanged with 45 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,111 - a 9.1% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Hilliard in September 2017, as well.
