Hilliard home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Hilliard fell by $35,500 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,500 - a 12.4% decrease over the $287,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Hilliard in July 2017.
