Hilliard home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Hilliard rose by $24,050 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 10% increase over the $240,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Hilliard in January 2018.
