Hilliard home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Hilliard rose by $28,250 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $306,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Hilliard in March 2019.
