Hilliard home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Hilliard rose by $50,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $306,750 - a 19.7% increase over the $256,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Hilliard in March 2018.
