Hilliard home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Hilliard rose by $1,889 while total sales decreased by 37.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $270,111 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Hilliard in September 2018.
